All prices are billed by the finished project scope in United States Dollars (USD). We do not bill open-ended hourly rates that penalize complex architectural detailing or reward equipment delays.

Commercial and residential building facade exterior cleaning is calibrated from 0.10 to 0.80 USD per square foot of vertical surface area. Written quotations remain firm and fully honored for thirty calendar days from issuance. The finalized quote depends strictly on these confirmed parameters:

• Total Vertical Surface Area: Measured square footage of architectural envelope, perimeter retaining walls, and parapets.

Chemical Soft Wash Warranty (#warranty) & Regrowth Coverage

LLC POWER WASHING PROS backs every completed full-structure chemical soft-wash treatment with a comprehensive 12-month algae and mildew regrowth warranty. Because Ivan Petrov meters biological neutralizers to kill fungal root systems at microscopic depth rather than merely stripping topsoil, we warrant vertical stucco, limestone, and roof surfaces against premature micro-organic recurrence.

If Gloeocapsa magma, green algae, or mold reappears on a chemically treated facade or roof within 365 calendar days of service completion, POWER WASHING PROS will return to the property and re-apply our proprietary neutralizing wash at zero additional charge to the customer.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions:

• Pre-existing Structural Flaws: The warranty covers biological eradication; it does not cover cracked masonry, crumbling lime mortar, failed window caulking, or delaminating architectural stucco that existed prior to wash operations.

Limitation of Commercial Liability

LLC POWER WASHING PROS maintains commercial general liability insurance protecting every contracted property across New Braunfels and Comal County. In no circumstance shall our total aggregate liability arising out of this agreement, job-site presence, or website usage exceed the total dollar fee actually paid by the client for the specific exterior cleaning scope under dispute.

Under no circumstance shall Pwpros or Ivan Petrov be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including lost tenant rental income, commercial business interruptions, or loss of aesthetic market listing value resulting from exterior weathering.

Termination of Access & Job-Site Abatement

POWER WASHING PROS reserves the unilateral right to suspend website inquiry access, reject dispatch consultations, or terminate an active service agreement immediately upon written notice if:

• A client fails to provide safe, unimpeded physical access to perimeter building facades, roofs, or boundary fencing.
• Severe structural hazards, exposed high-voltage wiring, or severe mold-infested interior ceilings make exterior high-volume washing unsafe for crew members.
• A party submits fraudulent billing information, harasses technicians, or fails to clear active animal or child presence from the wash perimeter zone.

Governing Law & Comal County Venue

These Terms of Service, warranty provisions, and all operational agreements entered into with Pwpros shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceeding, arbitration filing, or judicial controversy arising from website interaction or exterior washing contracts must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in NEW BRAUNFELS, Comal County, Texas. All parties waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

Amendments & Notice of Modifications

We periodically modify these contractual terms to accommodate evolving Texas environmental standards, water district utility restrictions, or improved chemical soft-washing chemical protocols.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon public publication to pwpros.us. The updated date displayed prominently in the masthead dateline and status ledger reflects the governing version. Continued interaction with our digital booking tools constitutes complete acceptance of amended terms.
